*The TRILOGY Experience is a musical process. It is designed to lead you to a place where there is nothing threatening and nothing lacking. It plays for almost 8 minutes, and thus can not be sufficiently appreciated as a one or two minute sample.
I look forward to your gaining the benefits of this music when you experience the Philo Music Therapy process in its entirety.
Insights
In this portion of the website, I share my own insights which I think will serve you well in your own life. Many are also presented in my Seminars.
Being "In The Zone" - how to get there, how to stay there!
"Being in the zone" (versus feeling we are "out of synch") is the aim of people in all walks of life. What happens to get us out of the zone, and how do we get back in?
One cause can be dietary intake, making us over-acid. Over-consumption of acid-producing foods like meat, pasta, sugar, and junk food can have negative consequences on our mental condition, unless balanced by alkalizing foods like raw fruits and vegetables.
But keep in mind that the mind itself, by repeating negative thoughts and negative programs over and over---consciously or subconsciously---often keeps us out of the zone.
Philo-Music Therapy is one of the best ways to get back into the zone. Note that on the bottom of each page of the Philo-Music Therapy website you will see the words
De-stress Reprogram Revitalize Renew
By reading the Philo-Music Therapy book, Success From Serenity---Making Your Nervous System Work For You, thereby understanding the history and basics of the process, and then journeying through the accompanying CD (with headphones), you should find yourself back in the zone. You re-set your own nervous system, your own mood. And remember, at that time, you did it---not alcohol, not a drug.
You did it!
WeTheWorld.org - Peace on Earth and Peace With Earth
The aims of We The World, founded by my good friend Rick Ulfik, is "Peace On Earth and Peace With Earth." We, The World works with such luminaries as Nobel Peace Laureate Archbishop Desmond Tutu, Dr. Jane Goodall, DBE, Deepak Chopra, and The United Nations to bring about the peaceful settlement of all issues facing the people of our Planet Earth. Please visit wetheworld.org to learn more.
The aims of Philo Music Therapy are to bring inner peace to individuals, and to teach participants how to reach the power within each of us to bring about complete relaxation and positive life-results. At that point, having reached the feeling of "being in the zone," we are better equipped to consider how we might contribute to peace in the World.
What wears us down is our mind.
What wears us down is our mind. The mind will always attempt to seize upon a thought. Unless your thinking is directed toward solving a particular problem or project, it is generally engaged in its favorite pastime—automatic thinking. It is the mind running on its own. Much of that automatic thinking is negative—old programs playing of fears, lack of confidence, and other destructive thoughts.
As I point out in the portion of this website called "Books & CDs—Philo Music Therapy," ordinarily the mind is like a pinball in a pinball machine, darting from concern to concern. This is not just a New Age concept, it is a physiological fact.
How do you stop it? You can't as long as you're alive, but you can learn to not listen to it, which is the aim of meditators. However, often it is difficult to meditate when "Life is standing on your foot."
One of the aims of Philo Music Therapy is to show you how to quiet down your automatic thinking mind, while helping you "install" your consciously directed thoughts for positive purposes; or to simply quiet down and relax your entire being.
What is this?
- Insights are breakthrough
ideas and thoughts that suddenly “come to us” seemingly “out
of nowhere.” But they come from somewhere,
and they are often the most valuable information
we receive from Life. - These insights come through us from Life itself via the intuitive, creative pathways of our brain and mind.
- The great music, the great literary works, the great “Aha’s!” (the intuitive breakthroughs of your own talents) are these insights.
- One way of consciously reaching these intuitive, creative pathways is using the Philo Music Therapy techniques -- reading the book and traveling through its pleasant and fun CD (using headphones, of course).
